EA Copy Trade Installation Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Have a Metatrader5 account.
The account registered must be a new account (Account type: Standard variable).
Minimum account balance is $5000.
Fill out the EA registration form.
Agree to the terms and conditions of EA management.

For the time being, Guardian Midas only serves EA Copy Trade installations for accounts from Exness service providers.

EA COPY TRADE WORKING MECHANISM

EA will execute transactions if there is an opportunity in market.
EA will be active no later than 2 hours after making payment and receiving a successful activation email.
The profit potential is unlimited.
The maximum drawdown is -15% of the initial capital when using low risk. Clients have the right to choose their preferred risk level (low risk/medium risk/high risk).

ROYALTY TERMS

ROYALTY FOR ACCOUNTS OF $1,000 – $4,000
The royalty fee to the management is 30%. The client must transfer the royalty payment no later than the 7th of each month to the bank account designated by the management.

ROYALTY FOR ACCOUNTS OF $5,000 AND ABOVE
The royalty fee to the management is 20%. The client must transfer the royalty payment no later than the 7th of each month to the bank account designated by the management.

MAINTENANCE FEE TERMS

The maintenance fee is $15 per month.
The maintenance fee must be deposited on the due date each month to the bank account designated by the management.
The maintenance fee must be transferred to the bank account designated by the management.

WITHDRAWAL TERMS

Clients are advised to withdraw their profits from their respective accounts between the 1st and 5th of each month, before 11:00 AM WIB (one-time withdrawal per period).
If the client does not withdraw profits within the specified dates, the maximum accumulated profit allowed is 20% of the initial capital.
If the client withdraws profits or capital outside the specified dates, the EA copy trade will be automatically deactivated.
If the client fails to withdraw profits within the designated period, they must immediately contact EA management to avoid the EA copy trade being deactivated on their account.

Note :
Guardian Midas management is not responsible for the WD process in each client account.

WHAT CLIENTS NEED TO NOTE

The consequence is that the EA will stop operating & will have to re-register
If the client wants to top up, it is recommended to open a new account and do it re-registration
(Example: client logs in on another device, then performs a manual transaction or close existing transactions)
It is recommended to log in using the investor password, not the master password (which is in give it to management)

Note: if the client violates the terms and conditions mentioned above, the consequence is that the copy trade EA will be deactivated on the client’s account.

GUARDIAN MIDAS GUARANTEE

The management will compensate for losses up to 7.5% of the capital.

Clients can submit a warranty claim under the following conditions:

If the initial capital decreases by 15% (low risk)
If the initial capital decreases by 30% (medium risk)
If the initial capital decreases by 45% (high risk)
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the activation date.

Akun yang daftarkan harus akun baru (Type akun : Standar variable)

Mengisi formulir pendaftaran EA
Menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan dari pihak managemen EA Biaya

Untuk sementara Guardian Midas hanya melayani instalasi EA Copy Trade untuk akun dari penyedia jasa TPFx.

MEKANISME KERJA EA COPY TRADE

EA akan mengeksekusi transaksi jika terdapat peluang di market
EA akan aktif paling lama 2 jam setelah melakukan pembayaran dan mendapatkan email aktivasi sukses
Potensi profit tidak terbatas
Maksimal drawdown -15% dari modal awal dengan menggunakan low risk, client berhak memilih risk sesuai keinginan (low risk/medium risk/high risk)

KETENTUAN ROYALTI

ROYALTI AKUN $1000 – $4000
Royalti imbalan ke management adalah 30%. Client memberikan Royalti paling lambat di tanggal 7 setiap bulan nya ke nomor rekening yg telah di tentukan pihak management.

Royalti imbalan ke management adalah 20%. Client memberikan Royalti paling lambat di tanggal 7 setiap bulan nya ke nomor rekening yg telah di tentukan pihak management.

KETENTUAN BIAYA MAINTENANCE

Biaya Maintenance atau pemeliharaan sebesar Rp, 188.000 / bulan.
Biaya Maintenance wajib disetorkan pertanggal jatuh tempo setiap bulannya ke nomor rekening yg telah di tentukan pihak management.
Biaya Maintenance wajib disetorkan ke nomor rekening yg telah di tentukan pihak management.

KETENTUAN WITHDRAW

Client disarankan untuk melakukan withdraw profit di akun masing-masing pada tanggal 1-5 kalender setiap bulan nya dibawah pukul 11: 00 WIB (per 1x withdraw).
Apabila client tidak melakukan WD profit pada tanggal tersebut, batas maximum profit yang bisa dikumpulkan adalah sebesar 20% dari modal.
Apabila client melakukan WD profit ataupun WD modal diluar tanggal di atas, maka EA copy trade otomatis akan di non aktifkan.
Apabila client tidak melakukan WD profit pada tanggal yang telah di tentukan di atas, harap langsung menghubungi pihak management EA untuk menghindari status EA copy trade off pada akun anda.

Note:
Pihak management Guardian Midas tidak bertanggung jawab atas proses WD di masing-masing akun client.

YANG PERLU DIPERHATIKAN CLIENT

Konsekuensi nya EA akan berhenti beroperasi & harus registrasi ulang.
Tidak diperkenakan melakukan intervensi di akun yang sudah di instalasi EA dalam bentuk apapun.
Apabila client ingin melakukan topup, disarankan untuk membuka akun baru dan melalukan registrasi ulang (Contoh: client login di device lain, lalu melakukan transaksi manual maupun menutup transaksi yang sudah ada).
Disarankan login menggunakan password investor bukan password master (yang diberikan ke pihak management).

Note:
Apabila client melanggar syarat dan ketentuan yang telah di sebutkan semua di atas, maka konsekuensinya EA copy trade akan di non aktifkan di akun client.

GARANSI GUARDIAN MIDAS

Pihak manajemen akan mengganti kerugian sebesar 7,5% dari modal.

Klaim garansi dapat diajukan oleh klien dengan ketentuan berikut:

Jika modal awal berkurang sebesar 15% (risiko rendah).
Jika modal awal berkurang sebesar 30% (risiko sedang).
Jika modal awal berkurang sebesar 45% (risiko tinggi).
Jaminan ini berlaku selama 6 bulan sejak tanggal aktivasi.
